I’m Helen Weaver, and I understand what it means to go deep—both literally and spiritually.
As a 6-time South African Freediving Champion, I’ve trained myself to descend into the ocean’s depths on a single breath, navigating the space between control and surrender. As a certified Akashic Records Reader and spiritual mentor, I guide others into the depths of their soul’s journey, uncovering the hidden patterns that shape their lives.
My path hasn’t been easy. Years ago, I was stuck in patterns of addiction and self-destruction that no amount of yoga, therapy, or traditional healing could break. Everything changed when I discovered the Akashic Records. For the first time, I could see the root system beneath my struggles—past life patterns, soul contracts that no longer served me, and ancestral blocks I’d been carrying unconsciously.
The transformation was so profound that I knew I had to bring this work to others.
Today, I live off-grid on a farm on the east coast of South Africa with my husband, our two teenagers (Freyja, 17, and Stieg, 15), four dogs, and one semi-wild cat. I teach yoga, train in freediving, study Sanskrit and Vedic philosophy, and work with clients around the world who are ready for real, lasting change.
I spend hours in your Akashic Records before we meet, so our 90-minute session is deeply focused and specific to you.
