Program: UNBOUND — 12-Week Coaching Capsule
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, enrolling in, or attending the Program, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form the agreement between you and the Coach and govern your participation in the Program. If you do not agree, please do not enroll.
2. Scope of Services
The Coach will deliver the Program as described on the official sales page, including weekly 60-minute coaching sessions, access to materials, and email support. The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes; success depends on the Client’s active participation and commitment. No medical advice is included.
3. Program Price, Payment & Payment Methods
Program fee: USD $1,888 (or local currency equivalent). Payment options: full or payment plan. Missed payments may suspend access. Accepted payment methods: Wise, PayPal, PayFast, or bank transfer.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once the Program begins, except during a 7-day conditional trial window. Any refund will reflect sessions or materials already received. After 7 days, all sales are final.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
For 1:1 sessions, at least 24–48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without sufficient notice are forfeited. Group sessions are not refundable if missed.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
Client information is confidential except where required by law or with consent. Anonymised feedback may be used for marketing. See Privacy Policy: www.helenweaver.co/privacy-policy.
7. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All course content and recordings remain the intellectual property of Helen Weaver. Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
8. Client Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
Clients agree to participate actively, respect others, and not record or share sessions without consent. The Coach may remove participants for inappropriate behaviour without refund.
9. Results Disclaimer
Results vary per individual. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or timelines.
10. Data Processing & Communication Consent
By enrolling, the Client consents to the collection and processing of personal data for Program delivery and communication. Marketing emails may be unsubscribed at any time by contacting [email protected].
11. Medical / Legal / Professional Disclaimer
The Program is not therapy or professional advice. Clients should seek qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial matters. The Coach is not liable for actions taken as a result of coaching.
12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Coach liability is limited to the total Program fee paid. Clients indemnify the Coach against third-party claims arising from participation.
13. Force Majeure
The Coach is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond control, including illness, natural disasters, or technical failures. Sessions will be rescheduled where possible.
14. Session Format
Sessions are held online via Zoom or equivalent. Clients are responsible for internet access and a distraction-free environment.
15. Termination & Suspension
The Coach may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach, or misconduct. Clients may cancel via email to [email protected]. Refunds follow Section 4.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes will first attempt resolution through mediation before litigation.
17. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated occasionally, with material changes emailed to Clients. Changes are not retroactive.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between Client and Coach, superseding prior communications.
